PARISH OF LITTLE BERKHAMSTED NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that due to the non attendance of Lawrence Eaglestone, a vacancy has arisen in the Office of Parish Councillor for the Parish Council. If by 26 January, 2026 (14 days excluding Dies Non, after the date of this notice) a request for an election to fill said vacancy is made in writing to the Returning Officer at the address below by TEN local government electors for the said Parish, an election will be held to fill the said vacancy, otherwise the vacancy will be filled by co-option. New bins for East Herts

East and North Herts Councils are working together to help residents reduce waste and capture valuable recyclable materials. We know that a large proportion of material currently disposed of as waste could be recycled, helping to reduce what goes into your purple-lidded bin. Collections: Your non-recyclable waste, mixed recycling and cardboard and paper bins will move to a new alternating three-week collection cycle. Food waste collections will be weekly. If you subscribe, the chargeable garden waste collection remains fortnightly.
